- Toko Tips Hub - Draw to Adopt Tokos - Hello, hello and welcome to Winter Color Ranch! Are you new to Tokotas? Been around a little bit but still just getting started? Well no matter. All are welcome here. These tokos are mostly to help newbies find their feet but I will leave it each person’s own best judgement if they feel like they are still a newbie or not. :) The way this works is every point of HP that you draw or write for the raffle tokota is 1 ticket for the raffle. Raffles end at the end of the month and results will be rolled when I get the chance to do so.
