Darkfire chapter 3 Silverfrost MazeWhen Silverfrost awoke his leg felt as if it was on fire. He jerked his head up and glared about him. He lay in a large room the inside of which resembled a snowy forest.
“Ah, I see our guest is awake.”
Silverfrost’s head darted toward the sound of the voice.
“He can’t see us right?” The voice sounded curious rather than worried.
“No. All of the enclosures have one way viewing walls.”
“Good and our other new arrival?”
“She is doing well and has been scheduled for initial testing later today.”
Silverfrost pulled himself to his feet and stalked toward the voices, his fur bristling.
“Stubborn and with excellent hearing. He should do well in the testing. Schedule him for the session just after the Espeon’s.”
